Top Commission in 2018

Above is my top commission from 2018.  This client wanted a few extra Magnolia flowers, and wanted that Southern New Orleans vibe.  She was thrilled with the painting, and I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a little nervous to show my client the final product.  I always get nervous, but I share progress shots to the client during the process to make sure that I'm on the right track.

One thing that has been so awesome is that when I really put my whole heart into a painting and do my best, the client always seems thrilled.  I know I'm not perfect, but it feels so good to be able to deliver a fine product, especially since my first commission was probably 3 1/2 years ago.  Each year I gain more experience and skill.  I painted my first acrylic painting 3 1/2 years ago.
